Agility Senior Associate - Data & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the adoption and adaptation of agile methodologies within teams to drive continuous improvement and high performance
• Create a collaborative environment that encourages open dialogue and productive conflict resolution
• Enable agile project delivery by facilitating task prioritization and managing resources to achieve complex project goals
• Analyze policies and identify key barriers within the product development lifecycle using critical thinking skills

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant domain with a focus on guiding teams through agile methodologies
• Comprehensive understanding of multiple product development lifecycle stages and best practices
• Proficiency in facilitating group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative team activities
• Strong skills in agile delivery and coaching to support team continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching and supporting Quarterly planning activities
• Ability to maintain an executive presence and coach multiple teams across a product line
• Capability to leverage firm-wide resources to solve local organizational problems
