Agile Scrum Master I

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and adoption of Agile methodologies across the Digital Office, establishing frameworks, processes, and best practices.
• Manage strategic digital projects from initiation through completion, including planning, execution, budgeting, and risk management.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Identify and remove obstacles impacting team performance and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a change agent for digital transformation by coaching employees and leaders on Agile principles.
• Monitor team performance through key metrics and provide insights to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize initiatives and align resources with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification or equivalent.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or similar).
