Agile Project Manager/Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation and increase maturity across tribes and squads for a major banking client
• Champion the adoption of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban across teams
• Coach Product Owners and team members on backlog grooming, sprint planning, and empirical planning
• Lead Agile workshops and simulations to foster understanding and drive continuous improvement
• Define and implement Agile cadence, sprint rituals, and performance metrics
• Utilize Jira and Confluence to drive transparency and reporting
• Act as the Agile liaison between Group IT and business units to align on delivery expectations
• Support organizational transition from traditional Waterfall delivery to Agile frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in Agile roles
• Agile Certification (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Strong command over Agile tools and delivery frameworks
• Exceptional communication and servant leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry
• PSM, SAFe, or ICAgile Coaching Certifications
• Familiarity with Digital Banking or Financial Services domains
• Experience driving Agile adoption at scale
