Agile Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the full sprint cadence—including planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives—across four software teams.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and shared milestones to ensure software sprints align with vehicle-program deadlines.
• Extend sprint-based planning to systems, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams, adapting formats to hardware lead times and test cycles.
• Own the health of Jira boards and backlogs, ensuring epics, stories, and sprint goals remain current and legible.
• Track and report sprint metrics such as velocity, burndown, and blocker age to the Director of Engineering.
• Resolve blockers by brokering communication between software and hardware engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by managing retrospective follow-through and proposing process enhancements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience coordinating Agile or technical projects (scrum facilitation, project coordination, or release/delivery coordination).
• Working command of Scrum and Kanban fundamentals, with experience personally running sprint ceremonies.
• Hands-on experience administering boards and backlogs in Jira or an equivalent project-tracking tool.
• Strong facilitation and written communication skills, with the ability to keep senior engineers on track.
• U.S. Person status required (immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided).
• Ability to work 100% on-site in St. Louis, MO.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification.
• Experience with multi-team Agile scaling approaches (SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, LeSS).
• Experience in a hardware, manufacturing, or physical-product engineering environment.
• An engineering or technical degree, or prior hands-on technical work.
• Experience in relevant industries such as Rail, Electric Vehicles (EV), or Unmanned Systems.
