Agile Lead Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Agile Managers within Digital Banking in Mexico to drive digital transformation and cultural change.
• Ensure scrum team deliveries focus on adding value based on digital banking KPIs while maintaining strict delivery control.
• Plan, organize, and motivate agile project teams to achieve high performance and deliver high commercial value.
• Coordinate progress meetings with senior management and publish executive reports regarding portfolio and program status.
• Manage risks and issues, identifying technical risks and implementing mitigation or contingency plans.
• Oversee resource management and capacity planning to ensure optimal distribution across scrum teams.
• Manage a large portfolio of simultaneous projects and maintain budget control.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance environment and develop succession plans for the team.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, or Software.
• 8+ years of experience leading Information Technology projects.
• 5+ years of experience working with agile methodologies.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 15 people.
• Proven experience directing a portfolio of more than 15 projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with budget control and financial management.
• Certification in Kanban (KMP), Scrum (CSM), or PMI-ACP.
• Strong technical understanding of data analysis, problem-solving, and methodologies such as DevOps or SecOps.
