Agile Delivery Steward - Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery for value outcomes and align execution to organizational agility
• Align delivery cadences with product roadmaps and OKRs to ensure predictability
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and optimize flow across teams
• Govern delivery flow metrics including throughput, cycle time, and dependency aging
• Facilitate dependency management, risk mitigation, and quarterly planning events
• Coach teams on Definition of Done, engineering practices, and continuous improvement
• Configure Jira workflows, automation, and dashboards for delivery transparency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, product management, business, or equivalent technical experience
• 15+ years of relevant experience in Information Technology
• Deep understanding of agile delivery, engineering enablement, and flow optimization
• Proficiency in tooling ecosystems including Jira and Power Automate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with virtual teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• LeSS, SAFe RTE, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certifications
• Experience with CI/CD telemetry and productive use of Generative AI
