Agile Coach/Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Support teams and management in the implementation and embedding of agile values, principles, and practices
• Coach agile teams in the application of methodologies such as Scrum, OKR, and Kanban to support continuous development
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and seminars on agile methods
• Collaborate closely with leadership to promote agile transformation and effect sustainable change across the company
• Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and assist teams in optimizing workflows
• Act as a liaison between agile teams and other stakeholders to improve communication and collaboration

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within agile transformation in a high-growth tech company
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies including Scrum, OKR, Kanban, and SAFe
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to motivate teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience leading and supporting teams and leaders through change processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC)
