Agile Coach - VP

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, and tools to align with strategic business needs.
• Facilitate colleague development to embed an Agile mindset and drive cultural change across the organization.
• Build high-performing teams by identifying and addressing impediments to Agile execution and fostering collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement by using data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Spearhead the implementation of Agile Scale transformation strategies within the change delivery team.
• Integrate Human-Centred Design (HCD) practices into Agile methodologies to improve product development and service delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate decision-making processes through collaborative communication.

Requirements

• Accredited Agile practitioner.
• Proven experience working within an Agile transformation environment.
• Proficiency in facilitating workshops using HCD tools, including empathy mapping, user journey mapping, and service blueprinting.
• Strong ability to translate user feedback into actionable insights for Agile backlogs.
• Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter while collaborating effectively with a wider team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities.
• Deep understanding of the challenges faced by Financial Services companies in adopting Agile methods.
