Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) within the SAFe framework to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
• Organize and facilitate key events including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums (SoS), Product Owner Sync (PO Sync), and Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshops.
• Act as an Agile Coach for ART teams, providing guidance on SAFe principles, Lean-Agile practices, and continuous improvement.
• Proactively manage risks, obstacles, and dependencies at the program level in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders.
• Support and mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to optimize team performance and evolve their agile practices.
• Use key performance indicators and data to track ART performance and drive systemic improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Agile leadership experience, specifically in large-scale environments (preferably SAFe).
• Deep knowledge of Lean-Agile principles and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proven expertise in facilitation, coaching, and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Agile management tools such as Jira or Rally.
• SAFe certification (SPC preferred); other certifications like CSM or PMI-ACP are a plus.
• Fluency in English is required for regular communication with global clients and colleagues.
