Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) as part of a SAFe implementation
• Organize and lead Program Increment (PI) Planning events to align teams on shared objectives
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums (SoS) and Product Owner Sync (PO Sync) to manage dependencies and impediments
• Conduct Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshops to drive continuous improvement across the ART
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to optimize team performance and adherence to Lean-Agile practices
• Manage program-level risks and maintain strong relationships with Product Management and Business Owners
• Utilize key metrics to track ART performance and inform continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Agile frameworks (preferably SAFe)
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with an in-depth understanding of Lean-Agile principles
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex dependencies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage metrics for process improvement
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Rally

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe certification (e.g., SPC)
• Additional Agile certifications such as CSM or PMI-ACP
