Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate day-to-day Agile ceremonies including Planning, Product Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide multiple teams on the adoption and implementation of Agile values and principles to deliver on product vision.
• Work with core team members to ensure sprint elements are planned and delivered in alignment with product goals.
• Continuously refine the quality of user stories, ensuring business value and acceptance criteria are clearly articulated.
• Establish and identify metrics and KPIs to drive team transparency and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and support to teams while removing impediments and negotiating with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with peer Agile Coaches to advance and improve Agile practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar Agile coaching or leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, specifically Scrum or Kanban.
• Proven experience working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with web, e-commerce, and mobile technologies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a transforming, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master Certification.
