Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower multidisciplinary digital product teams (PO, UX/UI, Devs, QA, Data Analysts) to ensure high performance and self-organization.
• Coach teams and leaders on agile mindsets, values, and principles to drive cultural change and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog prioritization and ensure alignment between business objectives and team execution.
• Coordinate and synchronize multiple agile teams using scaled frameworks to manage dependencies and strategic alignment.
• Monitor team progress against product goals using agile metrics, dashboards, and status reports.
• Manage organizational and technical impediments to ensure continuous value delivery.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Product Design, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in agile roles, including a minimum of 2 years as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience as an Agile Coach leading transformation processes.
• Experience managing digital product teams, including work with roadmaps, discovery, and OKRs.
• Practical experience with Scaled Scrum frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
• Proficiency in agile management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and agile performance metrics (velocity, cycle time, lead time).
