Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Agile Center of Excellence leadership to execute Agile transformation roadmaps
• Mentor Scrum teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters on frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, strategic workshops, and training sessions
• Educate teams on modern engineering practices including DevOps, CI/CD, and Lean principles
• Analyze team performance metrics and delivery data to identify improvement opportunities
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align to optimize workflows
• Establish and monitor Agile delivery metrics including velocity and predictability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or technical delivery
• At least 8 years of experience in Agile coaching or transformation within enterprise environments
• Professional Agile certifications such as ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, CSP, or SPC
• Comprehensive expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS
• Experience implementing CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps methodologies
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
