Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching for large-scale Agile transformation initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks
• Design and deliver interactive workshops and training programs on Agile principles and tools
• Provide education on technical best practices including DevOps, XP engineering, and Lean principles
• Drive continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and analyzing performance metrics
• Standardize Agile practices and workflows using Jira, Confluence, and Align

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience
• At least 8 years in Agile coaching roles
• Proven experience coaching Agile product transformations in large, complex environments
• Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), CSP, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience transitioning organizations from traditional methodologies to Agile
• Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management and product-centric ways of working
• Knowledge of organizational behavior and change management principles
• Experience with metrics-driven coaching and technical excellence practices like TDD
