Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• Coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality
• Help cross-functional teams focus on creating valuable incremental outcomes that meet the Definition of Done
• Increase transparency around work and collaboration to help teams identify and remove impediments
• Ensure all Scrum events take place, are productive, and facilitate learning
• Assist in Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and improve empirical product planning
• Lead, train, and coach the organization in Scrum adoption and implementation
• Remove or reduce organizational impediments preventing Scrum Teams from working effectively

Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience working with multicultural teams in a product development organization
• Background in product development, engineering, or organizational/team transformation/Scrum Master roles
• Beginner's mindset with high curiosity for learning and applying new practices
• People-first mindset focused on people development and group dynamics

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of agile principles and experience in multi-team environments
• Banking or Fintech domain experience
• Software engineering or Digital Product background
• Exposure to Lean/XP practices such as TDD, Pair Programming, and CI/CD
• Understanding of Lean concepts and systems thinking
• Ability to join immediately
