Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• Enable individuals and teams to work autonomously, take ownership and build strong synergies
• Support people to take responsibility for their product, processes and actions
• Help the organization to know their purpose and goals and to create sustainably value
• Foster a culture of learning, improvement and steady experimentation
• Convey principles and practices of Agile and Lean across the entire product development process
• Coach management, mediate conflicts and support decision-making

Requirements

• Several years of Agile Coaching experience
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and teaching skills
• Solid understanding of agile product development including discovery and delivery
• Ability to identify root-causes and solve problems autonomously
• Excellent communication and consulting skills in German and English
• Experience in cross-location setups is a plus
