Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile principles and practices
• Drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement across multiple teams and departments
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and retrospectives
• Identify and remove organizational and team-level impediments
• Support teams in improving planning, delivery, collaboration, and predictability
• Partner with leadership to align Agile practices with business objectives
• Assess Agile maturity and recommend improvement initiatives
• Develop and deliver Agile training and coaching programs
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning
• Track Agile metrics and use data to drive process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Agile environments, including coaching, Scrum Master, or Delivery Management roles
• Proven experience leading Agile transformations across multiple teams or departments
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale
• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coaching both technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence leadership and drive organizational change
