Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• Optimize value flow across teams, domains, and the entire organization to ensure business value, time-to-market, and high quality.
• Act as a strategic change agent by coaching, training, and mentoring Product Owners, Scrum Masters, business leaders, and teams.
• Maximize the impact of digital initiatives through systemic thinking and portfolio management.
• Remove organizational obstacles, design governance mechanisms, and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in agile environments, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master and 3+ years as an Agile Coach.
• Solid experience in applying and designing distributed agile frameworks and scaling models (SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale).
• Proficiency in SCRUM, Kanban, and ScrumBan.
• Advanced skills in Jira and Confluence for agile management and metric tracking.
• Experience implementing and managing OKRs at both strategic and operational levels.
• Proven experience coaching C-level executives, middle management, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced English fluency (conversational).
• Valid advanced agile certifications (e.g., SPC, ICP-ACC, or Enterprise Agile Coaching).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Transformation Leader.
• Knowledge or certification in organizational change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, Kotter).
