Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• Set up and facilitate agile communities (Scrum masters, POs, agile developers)
• Audit client organizations, practices, and rituals
• Define priorities, objectives, and required changes with clients
• Conduct interviews and workshops with various stakeholders
• Write detailed audit reports and recommendations
• Support clients in implementing adapted methodologies
• Pilot client iterations and implement agile ceremonies
• Help teams gain autonomy and increase project engagement
• Assist organizations in scaling via frameworks like @Scale, LeSS, or SAFe
• Evangelize agile practices such as Design Thinking, Lean, and Team Building

Requirements

• Master's degree (Engineering, Business School, or University)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Strong communication, analytical, and synthesis skills
• Deep passion for agility and mastery of the Scrum Guide
• Strong knowledge of agile pillars, values, and artifacts
• Familiarity with innovation methods like Design Thinking and Lean Startup
• Understanding of development culture (TDD, DDD, SOLID, DevOps)
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
• Experience in pre-sales or technical R&D
