Responsibilities

• Own the agentic systems behind Flint's core product, focusing on reliability, capability, and observability
• Build the pipeline that ingests customer websites and extracts brand signals for generation
• Develop multi-agent architectures that survive real traffic and edge cases
• Implement evals and testing for agentic systems
• Integrate agent capabilities into the broader platform alongside product engineers

Requirements

• Proven experience building production agent systems
• Deep hands-on experience with prompt engineering, context optimization, and multi-agent orchestration
• Experience debugging agents in production to ensure predictability at scale
• Strong full-stack engineering foundation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying AI to design systems, brand generation, or code generation
• Knowledge of website builders (Webflow, Framer) or CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentful)
• Experience building RAG systems or fine-tuning models for specific domains
