Agentic Software Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze, modify, and support complex system processes and operations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability
• Apply strong modeling principles and practices to system workflows
• Perform systems design work on standard programs and systems
• Work independently on various activities with limited supervision
• Provide guidance, project support, and training to less experienced IT Analysts
• Facilitate communications and fulfill end-user requests
• Communicate directly with both internal and external customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in systems design
• Strong modeling principles and practices
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
