Agentic Risk Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a company-wide portfolio of material agentic risks across products and platforms
• Run cross-functional intake and review cadences to identify emerging risks and threat patterns
• Connect individual incidents and technical findings to broader system-level trends
• Assess how emerging capabilities and adversary adaptation affect risk priorities and launch readiness
• Apply and refine practical frameworks for agentic failure modes and abuse patterns
• Produce concise, decision-ready assessments for product, safety, security, and policy stakeholders
• Define and track operating metrics for the agentic-risk program
• Partner with evaluation, red-teaming, and investigation teams to drive actionable mitigations

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in trust and safety, integrity, security, cyber threat intelligence, or AI safety
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems and agentic architectures
• Experience analyzing how harmful outcomes emerge from user-product-technical system interactions
• Demonstrated experience operating cross-functional risk or integrity programs
• Exceptional analytical judgment and ability to produce assessments under uncertainty
• Technical fluency to engage deeply with engineers and researchers
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources including investigations and telemetry
• Experience applying risk frameworks, threat models, and severity assessments
• Strong communication skills for producing executive-ready analysis
