About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end marketing motion for the monday CRM partner ecosystem, driving recruitment, activation, and pipeline.
  • Build a touchless partner recruitment funnel utilizing AI agents, monday CRM, and workflow automation.
  • Design cohort-based training programs and certification standards to signal partner capability to the market.
  • Create "customer zero" templates, including workflows and automations, to be packaged for partner monetization.
  • Develop content, playbooks, and async enablement assets that position monday CRM at the center of the agentic RevOps conversation.
  • Execute co-marketing programs, events, and community engagement to build a strong market presence.
  • Share a public point of view on LinkedIn and within GTM/RevOps communities regarding AI-powered CRM.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, partner GTM, or partner enablement within a SaaS or MarTech company.
  • High fluency in AI, including daily use and active exploration of AI agents and automation.
  • Hands-on experience building workflows and automations using modern GTM and RevOps tooling.
  • Proven track record within a CRM or RevOps ecosystem, either on the platform side or as an operator.
  • Experience designing and running group enablement programs such as workshops, cohorts, or certifications at scale.
  • Strong ability to build and navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • An active LinkedIn presence with a demonstrated point of view on GTM, RevOps, or AI automation.
