About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build the internal "intelligence OS" of Integrate using tools, agents, and automations to compound team productivity.
  • Organize repositories, documentation, and conventions to ensure AI coding agents find the right context and produce high-quality output.
  • Develop and maintain internal tooling, including chatbots, CLI tools, and web applications to reduce operational friction.
  • Build and own automations for the PR review process, including code quality checks and agent-driven first-pass reviews.
  • Evaluate, deploy, and govern bleeding-edge AI tooling such as IDE agents, evals, model gateways, and MCP servers.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to identify bottlenecks and implement system-level fixes.
  • Plan long-term AI-native infrastructure, including on-prem and locally-run agent systems for security-sensitive workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-stack engineering experience shipping production-grade software.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, agent frameworks, MCP).
  • Proficiency in Python and a typed language such as Go or TypeScript.
  • Experience with prompting, eval design, and integrating LLMs into production code paths.
  • Experience building developer-facing tooling like CLIs, internal chatbots, or automation scripts.
  • Strong DevOps fundamentals, including Docker and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
  • Solid understanding of security fundamentals, including authentication, authorization, and secret management.
  • Must meet US person status requirements due to ITAR/export control regulations.
