Agentic Commerce, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Define new features by leading product discovery, gathering requirements, and defining user stories and acceptance criteria for back-end and front-end services.
• Manage the product and team backlog, ensuring strong agile metrics and supporting production support and defect resolution.
• Conduct pre-release reviews, including regression testing and quality assurance, to certify releases as production-ready.
• Define and monitor key metrics and benchmarks to identify implementation paths for enhancements and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Risk, Control, Compliance, and Legal to maintain a strong risk environment.
• Deliver strategic communications and regular executive reports regarding product health, industry trends, and the voice of the customer.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in financial services, digital products, product management, or Agile software development.
• Proven experience in online payments, including card, digital wallets, or e-commerce payments.
• Demonstrated ability to build digital products based on customer needs.
• Strong ability to think strategically while maintaining the ability to dive into technical execution details.
• Proven track record of collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across product, technology, and design.
• Experience managing risk and controls within a financial services environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a comparable field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), open banking, and modern engineering practices.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a comparable field of study.
