Agentic Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents that monitor business performance and surface actionable insights proactively
• Architect systems that shift analytics from reactive question-answering to anticipating business needs
• Develop natural language interfaces and semantic layers to enable conversational data querying
• Build data models and workflows that connect insight generation to recommended business actions
• Identify high-value opportunities to augment human decision-making using LLMs and custom agents
• Implement end-to-end solutions using modern AI tooling to drive measurable business impact

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or data engineering
• Expert-level SQL proficiency with experience designing complex data models
• Strong Python proficiency for data engineering, automation, and AI agent development
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or LLM-powered applications in production
• Deep understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and prompt engineering best practices
• Experience with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, fintech, or marketplace business models
• Background in marketing analytics, sales operations, product analytics, or economics
• History of building internal tools or platforms that automate recurring analyst workflows
• Experience leading technical projects or mentoring other engineers and analysts
