Agentic AI FDE - Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production-ready AI/ML applications and agentic systems
• Maintain a high level of hands-on coding, contributing 50–70% of the time to development
• Translate complex architectural designs into working, scalable code
• Implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, including data preparation, model usage, and application integration
• Build scalable ML/AI systems using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns
• Deploy, debug, and perform performance tuning of AI workloads in cloud environments
• Ensure production readiness through solid software engineering and DevOps practices

Requirements

• 6 to 15 years of experience in the design and development of AI/ML applications
• Expert-level Python programming skills
• Proven experience in architecture and system design
• Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Proficiency with data handling libraries including Pandas and NumPy
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD, and monitoring
• Ability to travel up to 80% to client offices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JS/NodeJS or .NET/C#
• Experience working with both structured and unstructured data in large-scale production systems
