Agentic AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen
• Implement multi-agent collaboration workflows featuring shared memory, context management, and task orchestration
• Fine-tune and integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) for reasoning, planning, and decision-making
• Develop tool-using agents capable of interfacing with APIs, databases, and third-party services
• Implement hybrid reasoning and retrieval pipelines using vector databases and knowledge graphs
• Optimize inference performance and implement guardrails, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure reliable agent behavior

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with direct experience in LLM and agentic AI development
• Proficiency in Python and experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, API integration, and cloud-native architectures
• Ability to translate complex business workflows into autonomous AI solutions
