Agentic AI Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to identify recurring workflow challenges and usability needs.
• Design and implement modular, composable AI modules ("tools" and "skills") for focused tasks.
• Integrate AI assistants with existing engineering tools, data sources, and documentation.
• Validate the correctness and robustness of AI analysis through test cases and feedback loops.
• Document module behavior, assumptions, and usage guidelines for internal users.
• Participate in design reviews and iterative improvements based on engineering feedback.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including GenAI concepts, LLMs, and Embeddings.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and/or C/C++.
• Familiarity with Linux environments.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate in a cross-functional setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, and grounding techniques.
• Experience building and integrating backend services via REST APIs.
• Exposure to hardware/software codesign, verification, simulation, or firmware workflows.
• Experience with prompt engineering or building developer productivity tools.
