Agentic AI Developer

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop single-agent and multi-agent systems using the Anthropic Claude ecosystem.
• Build and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to integrate internal systems like CRM, HRIS, and databases with Claude agents.
• Identify high-ROI automation opportunities across Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Legal departments.
• Deploy and scale agents using the appropriate Anthropic surfaces, including API, Agent SDK, Claude Code, and Cowork.
• Define evaluation harnesses, golden datasets, and guardrails to ensure agent accuracy and reliability.
• Manage productionization tasks including logging, observability, error handling, and prompt caching.
• Drive organizational adoption through discovery workshops, documentation, and user training.

Requirements

• 10+ production agents shipped (must provide a portfolio detailing architecture, tools, and business outcomes).
• Deep, daily expertise in the Anthropic Claude stack (Opus, Sonnet, Haiku, prompt caching, and tool use).
• Proven fluency with Model Context Protocol (MCP) at the JSON-RPC level.
• Demonstrated experience using Cowork or comparable Anthropic-native deployment surfaces.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 18+ months of experience building production LLM applications or agents.
• Proficiency in Python (primary) and TypeScript/Node.js.
• Experience with RAG production, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), and chunking strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, and workflow tools (e.g., Temporal, n8n).
