Requirements

  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish
  • Previous experience in Call Center, Customer Service, Sales, or Collections
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use multiple web applications
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Minimum education: High School (Preparatoria)
  • Currently residing in León, Guanajuato, or availability to commute daily
  • Availability for full-time work, including rotating shifts and weekends
