- Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance indicators
- Represent Oportun's values in every customer interaction
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years old
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish
- Previous experience in Call Center, Customer Service, Sales, or Collections
- Basic computer skills and ability to use multiple web applications
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Minimum education: High School (Preparatoria)
- Currently residing in León, Guanajuato, or availability to commute daily
- Availability for full-time work, including rotating shifts and weekends
