Responsibilities

• Attend to inquiries regarding tickets and flights, providing warm and effective customer service.
• Manage reservations, changes, and cancellations using the AMADEUS system.
• Perform administrative tasks related to daily operations to maintain organized records.
• Resolve customer issues and incidents to ensure a positive travel experience.

Requirements

• Medium-high level of English to assist international customers fluently.
• Strong customer orientation with empathy and kindness.
• Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
• Dynamic personality with the energy to thrive in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Willingness to learn and master the AMADEUS reservation system.
