Responsibilities

• Contact leads and potential students via telephone to generate interest in subsidized courses
• Guide students through the entire enrollment process, including necessary document management
• Contact companies and organizations to establish collaborations and student referrals
• Follow up on leads generated by internal campaigns and databases
• Manage and update the CRM database with contact information and management results
• Resolve doubts and provide guidance to candidates
• Perform occasional visits to entities to present the training offer
• Claim and validate documentation required for enrollment
• Use Salesforce CRM for lead management and tracking

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in call management, customer acquisition, or customer service in call center or commercial environments
• High orientation toward telephone contact and conversion
• Proficiency in Spanish
• Proficiency in office tools
• Availability to work full-time
• Availability to work onsite in Pozuelo de Alarcón

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in training, HR, insurance, or telecommunications sectors
• Experience using CRM, specifically Salesforce
• Clear communication skills and positive energy
• Resilience and consistency in call management
