Responsibilities

• Execute the rapid activation of vending machines, including programming prices, setting up product spaces, and configuring coin selectors.
• Manage logistics for machine delivery, including requesting product loads from the warehouse and securing necessary cash for coin selectors.
• Perform on-site machine setup, ensuring correct planograms are captured via handheld devices and providing photographic evidence of activation.
• Conduct daily inventory reconciliation by verifying remaining product on trucks against assigned machine stock to identify and correct deviations.
• Manage the daily liquidation process, exporting handheld data, validating returned products with warehouse supervisors, and completing all necessary documentation for route closure.
• Coordinate with the negotiations team to communicate activated machines and ensure smooth transitions to subsequent service routes.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Secundaria Titulado).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in vending machine operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of distribution and logistics.
• Expertise in vending machine technical procedures and liquidation processes.
• Proficiency in Total Product Management (TPM) and supply planning.
