Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance for the interior and exterior of the residence, including apartments, equipment, and green spaces
• Conduct daily pool inspections and ensure the safe handling of chemical products
• Execute first-level technical maintenance and repairs in areas such as electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and heating
• Identify equipment needs and perform preventive and curative maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate records of all interventions in the provided logbook
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements

• Mandatory electrical certification (Habilitation électrique)
• Technical specialty knowledge in fields such as plumbing, electricity, or masonry
• Rigorous, methodical, and autonomous approach to tasks
• Strong team spirit and dynamic attitude
• Ability to work full-time (35 hours per week)
