About the role
Responsibilities
- Verify the functioning of equipment within the hotel (technical rooms, staff rooms, restaurants, common areas, offices, etc.)
- Inspect and maintain exterior areas related to the establishment
- Perform repairs and aesthetic improvements to the property
- Use internal tools for technical requests, including internal software, on-call phones, and air conditioning software
Requirements
- BEP in plumbing, electricity, or a professional Baccalaureate in maintenance
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage stress
- Curious, ingenious, and handy personality
