About the role
Responsibilities
- Verify the functioning of equipment within the hotel including technical rooms, guest rooms, common areas, and offices
- Inspect hotel exteriors across all trades
- Perform repairs and beautification of the hotel
- Support event-related projects such as the American Film Festival and holiday events
- Utilize internal tools including maintenance software, on-call phones, HVAC software, lock programming software, and SSI systems
Requirements
- BEP in plumbing, electricity, or Bac Pro in maintenance
- Significant professional experience in maintenance
- Ability to manage stress
- Curious, ingenious, and handy mindset
