Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and validate necessary information for execution
• Ensure production follows the schedule based on orders, product availability, and delivery equipment
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process
• Issue delivery notes and generate end-of-day activity reports
• Welcome and inform customers regarding products and pricing in coordination with the sales team
• Handle customer complaints related to daily deliveries
• Manage and validate the supply and storage of raw materials
• Respect and enforce hygiene, safety, and environmental rules and instructions

Requirements

• Valid Low Voltage electrical certification (Habilitation électrique Basse Tension)
• Previous successful experience in industry or the construction sector
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Knowledge of different types of concrete, manufacturing processes, and handling/transport methods
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and versatility
• Good interpersonal skills for internal and external communication

Preferred Qualifications

• CACES certification
