Agent technique d'U.P. itinérant

Responsibilities

• Manage the production unit for ready-mix concrete (B.P.E.), including order processing and production planning.
• Ensure production meets quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Handle customer relations, including welcoming clients, providing product information, and managing complaints.
• Manage raw material supply, storage, and inventory.
• Perform first-level equipment maintenance (greasing, replacing wear parts, filter cleaning, etc.).
• Conduct quality control sampling (consistency, specimens, raw material testing).
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental (HSE), and water management regulations.
• Operate as a mobile agent between different production units.

Requirements

• CAP/BEP/BAC PRO in industrial maintenance, civil engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or concrete plants.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work autonomously, with rigor and versatility in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical certification (Low Voltage/Basse Tension).
• CACES R482 (Loader) or AFCES certification.
• Knowledge of different types of concrete and manufacturing processes.
