Agent SSIAP 2

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers according to Group Barrière quality standards
• Ensure prevention and intervention in problematic situations (fire and first aid)
• Manage evacuations to ensure occupant safety
• Perform preventive rounds to identify risks
• Write and present oral reports to management
• Monitor property and people within the Resort, including during events

Requirements

• Mandatory valid SSIAP 2 certification
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in fire safety
• Experience in hospitality or event environments preferred
• Up-to-date SST and Electrical Authorization (Habilitation Électrique)
• Valid professional card
• Professional presentation and strong customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and diplomatic in emergency situations
