Agent Reliability Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and run onboarding, including structured learning paths and certification programs
• Drive technical enablement through workshops on debugging frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Coach for quality by monitoring support interactions and running communication workshops
• Support live operations by acting as a subject matter expert during escalations
• Own knowledge management by building and maintaining SOPs, playbooks, and troubleshooting guides

Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Support, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Training, or L&D
• Hands-on experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or React
• Experience troubleshooting web apps, APIs, deployments, and cloud-based systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Deep curiosity about AI, LLMs, agents, or prompt engineering
• Experience building certification programs or competency frameworks
