Agent Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents by partnering with customers and engineers
• Advocate for customer needs to ensure agent experiences deliver tangible business value
• Shape the product roadmap by translating customer patterns into priorities
• Identify and expand new product surfaces and use cases
• Lead executive conversations, including QBRs and escalations
• Coordinate engineering, data, and GTM teams to drive cross-functional execution

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or customer-facing technical roles
• Technical fluency with BI/SQL tools and ability to reason about APIs and integrations
• Strong analytical skills for defining success metrics and prioritizing via data
• Deep customer empathy and ability to uncover unspoken pain points
• Excellent communication skills for distilling technical details for executives
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage high-stakes issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or deploying AI agents, automation, or workflow products
• Background in enterprise SaaS, AI infrastructure, or technical consulting
• Technical or quantitative degree in CS, Engineering, Math, or equivalent
