Agent Product Manager

About the Company

Kastle is building an AI operating system for consumer lending, starting with mortgage. Backed by Y Combinator and Commerce Ventures, we help America's largest mortgage lenders scale contact center and compliance operations using AI-driven voice agents.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployments including scoping requirements, customizing agents, and managing roadmaps
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to C-suite and senior executives at major banks and servicers
• Translate customer requirements into production-grade AI systems by working with engineering
• Monitor account health through usage telemetry and execute retention and expansion plays
• Build durable executive relationships regarding compliance risk and operational redesign
• Partner with engineering to provide data-backed product feedback for roadmap improvements
• Help define playbooks and operating standards to scale the Agent Success function

Requirements

• Experience owning complex, high-stakes engagements
• Background as a Technical Product Manager, Solutions Engineer, early-stage operator, or Senior Consultant
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build trust with enterprise customers
• Proven track record of driving execution in multi-stakeholder environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agentic AI tool deployments in large organizations
• Working knowledge of Customer Support processes and systems
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Bachelor's degree in STEM fields
