Agent Product Manager

About the Company

Gradient Labs is building the AI customer operations platform for financial services. Founded in 2023, the team consists of builders from companies like Monzo, Wise, Mastercard, Revolut, and Google, working to eliminate manual work across customer support and back-office operations using specialist AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery across onboarding and implementation, keeping timelines on track and flagging risks early
• Assist with discovery work to capture customer requirements, workflows, and operational context
• Help configure and optimise AI agents for specific customer use cases using established playbooks
• Monitor performance data to identify trends and surface improvement opportunities
• Coordinate activity across internal AI, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including status updates and action logs
• Contribute to building and improving internal delivery processes and onboarding materials
• Support compliance and governance tasks related to AI deployment and security reviews

Requirements

• Early-career experience in project coordination, implementation, or customer-facing operations
• Experience in a tech company environment preferred
• Highly organised and dependable with proactive communication skills
• Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and exercise good judgement
• Technical curiosity regarding APIs and integrations
• Data literacy with experience using dashboards and spreadsheets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-centric mindset
