Agent Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own one or more product lines end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Define product roadmaps grounded in real deployment data and customer feedback
• Prioritize between customer-specific asks and platform-wide improvements
• Bridge the gap between sales promises and engineering reality
• Work with engineering to shift from one-off custom builds to iterative, productized solutions
• Collaborate with support to build self-service tooling to eliminate manual configuration bottlenecks
• Ensure customer insights reach engineering as structured product requirements

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-enabled products
• Ability to synthesize qualitative customer feedback into structured, engineering-ready requirements
• Experience working directly with customers or design partners in a product capacity
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
• Familiarity with AI, LLMs, or conversational AI systems
• Outcome-driven mindset focused on shipped impact
• Eagerness to work in person in NYC full time

• Experience with enterprise deployments
• Experience with multi-location operators
• Experience with platform infrastructure
