Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning, tidying, and disinfection of common areas, rooms, and infrastructure
• Ensure high-quality guest reception by preparing towels, linens, and essential supplies
• Conduct inventory management and accommodation inspections (check-ins/check-outs)
• Welcome, inform, and advise customers regarding residence operations (physical and telephone)
• Handle administrative formalities related to guest stays and update occupancy schedules
• Perform first-level preventive and curative technical maintenance and minor repairs
• Monitor and report the functioning of sanitary and electrical installations
