Agent Partner Amarthalink (Sales Akuisisi)

Responsibilities

• Meet daily visit targets
• Acquire new users by recruiting Amarthalink agents according to targets
• Provide persuasive education and information regarding products and flagship programs
• Manage good relationships with active users
• Manage feedback from active users including input, complaints, and product usage issues
• Ensure achievement of targets for both new customer acquisition and sales volume
• Perform regular achievement reporting
• Report competitor activities for internal development needs

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma education
• Minimum 6 months experience in acquisition sales within banking, telco, retail, or FMCG
• Mastery of the assigned placement area
• Possession of a motorcycle and an active SIM C driver's license
• Proficiency in basic MS Excel or Google Sheets operations
• Having customer data (retail, telco outlets, LKD agents) is an advantage
• Willingness to follow company rules and be placed anywhere
