Responsibilities
- Perform acquisition of AmarthaLink agents according to set targets
- Socialize and educate potential agents regarding the benefits and mechanisms of AmarthaLink services
- Establish and maintain good relationships with agents to ensure satisfaction and operational smoothness
- Provide assistance and training regarding system, product, and service usage
- Monitor transactions and agent performance to ensure optimal activity
- Analyze market potential and develop agent development strategies in the assigned area
- Prepare periodic reports regarding sales and agent acquisition activities
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma education
- Minimum 6 months of experience as an acquisition sales professional in banking, BRI, telco, retail, or FMCG
- Mastery of the placement area
- Possession of a two-wheeled vehicle and an active SIM C driver's license
- Proficiency in using MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Ready for field work and placement in Pekanbaru
