About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet daily visit targets
- Acquire new users by recruiting Amarthalink agents according to targets
- Provide persuasive education and information regarding products and flagship programs
- Manage relationships with active users
- Manage user feedback, including input, complaints, and product usage issues
- Ensure achievement of targets for both new customer acquisition and sales volume
- Perform regular achievement reporting
- Report competitor activities for internal development needs
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma education
- Minimum 6 months experience in sales acquisition within banking, telco, retail, or FMCG
- Mastery of the placement area
- Possession of a motorcycle and an active driver's license (SIM C)
- Proficiency in basic MS Excel or Google Sheets operations
- Possession of customer data (retail, telco outlets, LKD agents) is a plus
- Willingness to follow company rules and be placed anywhere
