Agent Network Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage commercials for all onboarded network agents
• Act as the primary point of contact for all network agents and lead a dedicated team
• Drive shipment volumes and revenue growth through the existing agent network
• Monitor service quality and adherence to KPIs
• Proactively resolve operational escalations and service failures
• Lead performance reviews, structured governance, and long-term relationship management with agents

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in Commercial, Procurement, or Operations roles
• Proven strength in stakeholder and relationship management
• Execution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Business-oriented and sales-driven attitude with the ability to optimize networks
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
